Nike is looking for an Account Operations Rep to support and drive, manage and improve the supply chain for one of our selected account. Establish and maintain the operational alliance with Account team and Operational support functions to support growth plans both from a revenue and profitability point of view.  Provide superior Customer Service to Nike's retailer by holistically manage the service and logistics issues of our customers.  We are looking for an individual who is driven by results and determined to succeed even under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supply Chain Improvement
  • Develop a good understanding of the Nike commercial business and supply chain capabilities/ opportunities across EMEA
  • Understand and relate to Customers and their needs by building a healthy relationship. Focus on the maintenance and improvement of service levels.
  • Own, drive and execute specific supply chain initiatives/projects. Support the COM and Account Logistics Manager by driving specific project implementations for their specific accounts and being responsible for the end result.
  • Ensure supply chain performance is constantly monitored through specific metrics against the agreed SLA / MOS and drive actions to improve accordingly.
  • Work closely with Other OPS functions on supply chain issues, which impact directly on Service Levels

Order Management & Account relationship:

  • Ensure relevant principles of Service Model Differentiation apply to the Supply Chain capabilities designed for and with the account.
  • Perform pro-active basic order management function as outlined in Customer Operations Representative standard success profile
  • Pro-actively execute special product needs situations related to new store openings, product launches, and advertising promotions.
  • Develop and demonstrate strong Footwear/Apparel/Equipment account relationship, working effectively with your nominated Sales counterparts to know the customers business and provide first point of contact internally and externally for all relevant supply chain activities.
  • Identify and solve account issues related to product orders like deliveries, credit issues, and returns.

Support Gross to net:

  • Ensure optimal seasonal planning, order management, delivery flow, invoice reconciliation and other processes are in place and executed properly across the Nike matrix.
  • Drive and participate proactive selling initiative constantly and contribute increase of net revenue.
  • Monitor Sell-through and develop a day to day practice aimed to improve supply and demand
  • Proactively decrease customer claims for your nominated customers during the order management process at any time.

Project/Process Improvement:

  • Initiate and drive execution of project, with and through the team to overall benefit the organization. Constantly reassess internal processes and give honest and open feedback to stakeholders where the process requires changes or improvement.
  • Face to face contact with Customer and Sales to build a solid relationship aimed at creating more effective and efficient processes.
  • Pro-actively focus on improving processes that have greatest impact on business. Share best practices with colleagues on your team as well as other ESC teams.

 

Required Qualifications/Experience:

The prerequisite job-related qualifications for this position, such as: education, technical background, industry and/or practice area exposure, product and/or service track record, staff development experience, administrative requirements, etc.

Education:

  • Bachelor degree in Business. Supply Chain Management.

Experience:

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience, Strong service and commercial oriented skills.

Preference:

  • Computer skills: MS Word, Windows, Excel, Power Point
  • Relevant experience in a commercial role / environment is a pre.
  • Demonstrate ability to work within a team, give in-put and support others.
  • Structured approach to work assignments.
  • A passion for sport and working for with the word's leading sport brand.

Languages:

  • Fluency in English. Both written and spoken. Local language required.
